Test credits are allocated based on your subscription plan. Unused test credits do not carry forward to the next billing period and expire at the end of each billing cycle. Additional test credits may be purchased by contacting our support team.
We offer various subscription plans with different features and test credit allocations. Plan details, pricing, and features are subject to change with notice.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as selected. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All content, features, and functionality of the NumberGuard platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of NumberGuard and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
API access is available for Basic, Premium, and Enterprise plan subscribers. API usage is subject to rate limits and usage restrictions as defined in your plan. You agree to use the API responsibly and in accordance with our API documentation and guidelines.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
